    Disappointing

    None

    I could not get there by 19:00, only 10 or 15 minutes later which I indicated when making the booking and the payment. I got the anwers that it could be organized. Eventually no one was at the reception, though I was called once which I could not answer, because I was just riding to the hotel. After arriving I tried to call the number back many times, but no one answered. I also checked the Booking App if there was any message sent which is quite usual. There was none. The next day I noticed that an e-mail was sent to me informing me that the key card was deposited to a wooden box at the entrance. In the end I needed to find another place to spend the night at.
