    Anhand der Bewertungen hätte ich mehr Service und Freundlichkeit erwartet.

    Die Lage

    Das gespielt freundliche Personal und die Lage des Zimmers, direkt neben einem Riesen Ventilator auf dem Dach, was heißt Fenster zu und schwitzen oder Fenster auf und wenig Schlaf. Hinzu kam noch das extrem harte Kissen. Personal reagierte nicht auf meine Beschwerde. Zudem kam noch hinzu das ein freilaufender Hund meinen an der Leine geführten Hund angefallen hat.

    Heel fijn na een wat ongemakkelijke ontvangst

    De ligging is prachtig. De kamers prima en ook het ontbijt was erg lekker. En het restaurant is echt geweldig! Heerlijk gegeten met heel vriendelijke en attente en aardige bediening

    De ontvangst bij de receptie was niet vriendelijk. Overigens wel in restaurant en ontbijttafel! De reservering voor restaurant was niet te vinden in het systeem dus bestond niet. Na mailtje getoond werd dit met zucht aangepast en daarna moesten we echt zeggen hoeveel gangen we wilden eten. Toe we aangaven dit de volgende dag zelf te willen bepalen was dit wel erg lastig want het was druk! Overigens voor het restaurant was het totaal geen probleem dat we het pas ter plekje lieten weten!
