Get in to the property was terrible they gave me like 7 code that did not work and I had to speak to four different people to just try to get in the building and had to download two different app finally got in to the property around 11:30pm and we arrived there at 5pm but once we finally got in the place was very clean the only thing that was wrong was the shower not putting out enough water pressure you had to almost be against the wall to be under the water but other then that it was a wonderful place just did not like the way I had such a hard time getting in and then I had to call four different time to speak to someone and was even late to something that was scheduled for a certain time that i still didn’t get in till 11:30pm

Very displeased
This was a very bad experience. Do not recommend. Check in os a nightmare. There is noone to help u. The code to our entry quit workings so i had to leave room unlocked all weekend. There is zero customer service . Had to take cold showrrs as we did not have hot water.

The property in the surrounding area of the property was pretty cool. I love the fact that you can walk anywhere in Birmingham and have a good time. This place was perfectly located close to the Coca-Cola amphitheater. Definitely would use landing again
