They ruined our trip to see our favorite artist at Island Hopper.

The location was centrally located so you could walk to everything.

We booked two nights for the Island Hopper festival. We were VERY excited to see our favorite artist perform, which is why we were there. Check-in was at 3pm, which gave us plenty of time to get to the venue we were scheduled to be by 4pm. We showed up at 11am and thought we could get beach time in but were told towels would be in our room which "wasn't quite ready yet" and they would call us as soon as it was. Went back at 1, not ready, went back at 2 not ready, went back at 3 and were given the keys. Unloaded our stuff and hauled it to the room. Keys didn't work. Went back to desk and got new set. Didn't work. Called down and they brought a third set up. Didn't work. Now we're going to be late. We couldn't get into our room until almost 4:45! We missed the entire reason we went and showed up early. We're upgraded to a room that was $8 more a night and given 2 drink tickets. Not ok! Managers wouldn't talk to me and still haven't called back.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Love the balcony. It's a little noisy at night with the clubs but the area is great.

Well we had the ocean vew room. That was beautiful and the distance to the beach was a short walk. Breakfast was good 👍 The Italian restaurant was fabulous 👌.

Elevators were slow needed a few more handicap ♿️ spots.

overall, very nice. Just hated the overly loud music

clean staff exceptionally nice the main restaurant, jose's tratoria {?correct name} the service and food wonderful !! the manger, anne marie, and Parker waiter/bartender, both were welcoming. As a female traveling/dining solo, this was rare and appreciated. an independent company kept the beach grated & clean. offered chairs & umbrella rental at a decent price. Waitress walked out on beach taking orders from the bar for those who wanted cocktails. SAFE!! I ventured alone on the beach one night and the hotel security walked out to see if I was ok !! That was being observant !! close to other restaurants shopping., Overall very good

The muisic!!! TOO LOUD!! You could hear down at the beach waterline. even wearing personal earbuds to drown out the music from the bar. extremely annoying when attempting to lounge on the balcony, expected the new roof top restaurant to be an upscale restaurant, instead of a sports bar. very disappointed the inability to take coolers to the beach. I respect they choose to have clients to consume their beverages. However, not allowing people to even take their own WATER!!! and snacks is ridicules! there are those who do not consume alcohol and those with children need to have water and snacks available. My second stay there. Not sure if I will return. Basically due to the loud music. Go there to relax. difficult to do with such noise.
