    A very lovely property in a quiet, pretty location.

    The location was amazing; so quiet and a short stroll to the nearest beach. The main bars and restaurants of Costa Teguise are a pleasant 15 minute walk, with plenty to choose from nearby. There was only ever a few other people around the pool and the shady terrace was perfect!

    Nothing not to like - but some parts of the property and provision could have been improved (contacting the host directly re some ideas), and a sun umbrella for use around the pool would have been nice.

    Gute Lage, renovierungsbedürftig, zu teuer für diesen Standart.

    Casita Bastian 19 hat ein gute Lage in der Nähe zum Meer und in einer schönen Anlage. Restaurants und Geschäfte sind fussläufig erreichbar. Der Poolbereich war sauber und es waren Liegen zum sonnen vorhanden. Leider ist die Wohnung selbst in einem renovierungsbedürftigen Zustand. Es fallen Fliessen von der Wand, das Bad ist alt und abgenutzt und es gibt Schädlingsbefall. Zu diesem Preis darf man mehr erwarten.

    Wir sind regelmässig auf Lanzarote und hatten noch nie so ein Pech. Das Preis Leistungsvethältnis ist nicht gut. Das Bad ist unrenoviert und abgewohnt, Das Schlafzimmer ist weiss gefliesst, super ungemütliches Ambiente, und das Bett hatte keinen Lattenrost nur eine Holzplatte. In der Küche in den Elektrogeräten haben sich kakerlaken eingenistet, was leider auf Lanzarote passieren kann. Bei etwas genauerer Hygiene und einer Sanierung sind kakerlaken jedoch gut unter Kontrolle zu bekommen. Es wird sich nicht um die Wohnung gekümmert. Möbel austauschen, sanieren, umbauen und wohnlich einrichten!!!. So fühlt man sich als Gast nicht wohl!

    Bez stravy, okolie veľmi pekné. Najviac zo všetkého ceníme malý ohrievač, ktorý sme si zapínali a vyhriali obyvací priestor, aby sme si mohli večer užiť príjemný večer. Za ten veľká vďaka!!!

    Prekvapili nás šváby, dokonca aj v zásuvkách s príbormi.
