    Regret to book this one. The worst experience for the whole trip.

    Th location is good and the room was clean.

    We got the room on the 1st floor and it was terrible! We literally had no window in a room, actual there was a window, but in 20 cm form the other building which is restaurant and there was no reason to open it, the smell was bad and there was no sunshine at all. The room is dark and damp like a cave. The price and review are overestimated. Also we booked twin room and had 1 extra bad in our room, so the room actually for 3 people. Why? We would better had a sofa than extra bad. We checked in at 7:15 and at this time there were no any staff at the counter. In Kyoto where travelers like to wake up early it is too strange.
