Fantastic place but the owners should invest in safety
Balcony, the view is amazing at any time of the day, AC in each room, the layout concept (not the execution), kitchen equipment, the staff is eager to help (not always all the way through)
Super thin walls, bad insulation in wet places (kitchen and bathroom), very musty damp smell, very flimsy rails which is a life hazard, very little in terms of storage facilities (closets, shelves, racks)
