    Location was perfect, the size, price and very clean

    The property didn’t have parking, I rented for 4 people and only have one bed and a uncomfortable sofa and they only provided 3 towels and no blankets. I was freezing the whole night.

    Nada. La experiencia general quedó completamente anulada por la falta de higiene, el ruido y el mal servicio.

    Falta de servicios esenciales: El ascensor estuvo fuera de servicio durante toda la estancia, lo que complicó demasiado el ingreso y la movilidad con el equipaje y la familia. Ruido e incumplimiento de normas por la administración: Se organizó una fiesta electrónica masiva que impidió por completo el descanso. Al reclamar, el personal no respondió sino hasta el día siguiente, admitiendo con total descaro que la fiesta la había organizado la mismísima encargada del edificio. Una falta de respeto absoluta hacia los huéspedes. Grave problema de insalubridad: Una de las habitaciones tenía un olor insoportable a alcantarilla, haciendo la estancia completamente incómoda y desagradable. Pésima gestión, instalaciones deficientes y cero empatía con el cliente. No lo recomiendo en absoluto.

    not accessible for anyone with heavy luggage or who cannot use stairs. smells like a toilet.

    wonderful property, would be a 10/10 without the major issues

    lift is out of order and according to cleaning staff and other guests, has been for a while. the host feigned attention and said it would be fixed, it wasn’t. so for the duration of the stay I had to climb up to the 6th floor. the bathroom smells incredibly bad, like sewerage. I live in Bangkok so am used to these smells but this was really disgusting.
