    Cozy and very nice.

    Everything about the stay was perfect, great location and comfort in the heart of Kavala, close to the Rapsani city beach and all shops & attractions near the city center. Check in and out was through the lockbox, communication with host was very good. The apartments are on the 6th floor but the building’s elevator is working perfectly. And the views are really nice.

    The only shortcomings were: - please try to mount a mosquito net at the sliding doors of the balconies. (truthfully, we did not have mosquitoes during our stay.) - keep in mind (this is not a minus for the stay itself) that there is no dedicated parking. if you come by car like we did, you need to imagine you’re in the city centre of any metropolitan area and it will be difficult to find parking depending on the time of day. there is a public parking very close to the stay but if you’re trying to park in peak hours it can be full and you will need to manage.

    We had great time, the location is very good, you have a parking nearby (paid one) and you are 10 mins away from the old

    Location is very good, the apartment is spacious with an amazing terrace with view to the city skyline.

    Probably the only thing is that the bedroom is a bit small.

    Very good location within walking distance to old town and Kavala promenade. Paid parking across the street, although parking places are sometimes difficult to find in the evening. Very easy check in and out (keys available in a box to pick up). Clean apartment, which a fully equipped kitchen and spacious terrace.

    Everything was ok for us. Still, it would be good to have mosquito window screens for the rooms.
