Zentral, bezahlbar, sauber und modern. Klare Empfehlung!
Der Gastgeber hat sehr gut beschrieben, wo man die Schlüssel findet, wo man kurz parken darf, um das Gepäck auszuladen und wo die Garage zu finden ist. Das Appartement liegt im 3. Stock, was man jedoch auf jeden Fall positiv sehen sollte, denn so hat man eine super tägliche Sporteinheit. Das Haus selbst ist sehr ruhig und gepflegt. Das Appartement ist modern und hübsch eingerichtet. Man findet alles, was man braucht. Das Bett war superbequem und ich hatte nicht ein einziges Mal Rückenschmerzen (normalerweise gibt es bei mir Schmerzfreiheit gar nicht!). Es befindet sich ein TV im Wohn- und einer im Schlafbereicht. Wir durften sogar unseren kleinen Hund mitbringen. Die Lage des Appartements ist unschlagbar. In wenigen Schritten ist man direkt in den Meraner Lauben, wo das Shoppingherz höher schlägt. Das Auto kann man getrost in der abschließbaren Garage stehen lassen, denn es ist wirklich alles sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den Gastgeber: So einen netten, zuvorkommenden und zuverlässigen Gastgeber hatten wir noch nie. Obwohl er selbst im Urlaub war, war er jederzeit per WhatsApp erreichbar. Binnen weniger Minuten hat er sich zurück gemeldet. Natürlich haben wir nur gestört, wenn wirklich etwas zu klären war. Er verdient die aller-allerbeste Bewertung, die man überhaupt geben kann!

We had a wonderful stay, the host is very responsive and easy to talk to.
The apartment has a very good size, a great balcony, and the location is excellent.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor which can be challenging with a heavy suitcase, however, therefore the view from the balcony is awesome.
