    Beyond expectations :)

    It is a surprising amount of bang for your buck. Lots of facilities, kitchen, bathroom, couch, bedroom all of it for a relatively low price for London standards. Stayed here during a conference in the Excel. 40 min walk but a bus connection that takes you door to door!

    Basically nothing. Its exactly what it is in the description and more so if that is what you are looking for then its great!

    Convenient and great value

    It's very clean - It's spacious and plenty of space for 3 people to stay very comfertable - Proper bathroom - It's friendly decorated - The location is close to the city center - The kitchen is very well equipped for those who use it - The host is extremely friendly

    We had such a pleasant stay & will definitely be back! All the facilities one needs, to a high standard. A fan was provided which was appreciated as we stayed during the heatwave! Excellent public transport links to Central London.
