    The location was amazing, with a fish and chips shop and a small supermarket round the corner. Quiet and comes with its own parking space. The rooms are lovely as it's the rest of the flat. The landlady is incredibly kind and helpful, and replied to all my queries very quickly. She also gave me tons of information about the area and was very attentive that everything was perfect for our stay. Great spot for families and for visiting Cornwall.

    It was lovely

    Location was excellent and accessible to most of what we want to visit

    Needs a bit of dusting. Noisy footsteps of occupants on 2nd floor. Smoke detector just suddenly activated whilst we are asleep at almost 6am before our checkout!
