    Disgusting unclean property

    Absolutely nothing. It was beyond disgusting.

    Was not cleaned, stank of stale cigarettes and body odour, dust, hair filth everywhere, never have we stayed in property so inhabitable. Looks like they rent to long term contractors and therefore not been cleaned in Whst felt like a year. Garden over grown, no seats or table outside. Property for 15 but only 8 chairs to sit in. Downstairs toilet no light so needed a phone light to use. Bathroom mats soiled. Cigarette butts all over the garden including rubbish. Sheets, bedding felt unclean. The management sent cleaners after us sending videos and photos in who arrived at 5.00pm and left at 8.00pm which impacted our stay as they were cleaning the house, they cleaned the oven which was disgusting. The fridge freezer was filthy which they throughly cleaned. Dirty cutlery, plates etc we put through the dishwasher. Towels were hard and stained. All we got was a sorry and paying £1k for 2 nights. Would not pay a penny to stay there. I have so many photos and can’t load them all.

    Lovely comfortable stay but could have been better!

    Comfortable beds, plenty of space! Fans were a fab touch for the bedrooms too.

    Considering the weather was beautiful it was a shame no one had maintained the lawn so we could have sat outside nor was there any garden furniture. Didn’t have enough things like prosecco/wine glasses for us all. Couldn’t find any baking trays, scissors etc all kind of essentials.

    Was an ok property. I think it’s overpriced for what we had. But it didn’t spoil our stay

    The property was ok. It was clean. Lots off bedrooms and bathrooms. Good location The renting company were good if we needed to contact them

    The beds were all uncomfortable Grass needed cutting in the back garden. And we saw rats running around it The downstairs was small compared to the size of the rest of the house. So was a bit cramped for us as a big family
