I was disappointed given the images and description of the property
The bedroom was nice but the window frame was rotten and almost fell out when I tried to open it
It was directly across from a noisy pub - hard to sleep. The roof terrace was not clean lots of cigarette butts

Dirty, moldy, chemical smell from nail saloon below with rude management. Avoid at all costs!
It’s a great location in Camden. Close to tube and great restaurants. But that’s about all there is to like about it.
Truly a 2/10 experience. Please trust there’s better places to stay and worth the extra money to do so. The apartment was dirty, shower moldy, the bathroom sink was clogged, no basic amenities like paper towels, there were stains everywhere (see the staircase photo), dust, and grime. Also please beware that it’s right above a nail salon and the entire apartment smells like horrid chemicals. Had a migraine the entire time. Also nothing about this place is stylish. It’s all old ikea furniture falling apart. And you can’t have 2 people on the WiFi effectively at the same time, so couldn’t even work from there. The list of complaints is so long. We landed late from the US, it was dark and went straight to sleep. We woke up around 12pm because of jet lag and immediately sent all of these complaints. The management said because we didn’t send them early enough they werent valid and all of these were minor. Then on our last day offered to send a plumber. These aren’t minor. I have no idea why this place has good reviews, but please trust this is not somewhere to stay. I have worked in hospitality for a decade (including Airbnb) and this is a really crappy spot.

Excellent room and staff
It was in the centre of Camden with everything you need close by or a short walk away. The apartment was large and very clean. The staff were also really helpful and answered any questions we had. They also gave us recommendations of where to go in the area and ensured we had a good stay.

Great location and beautiful apartment.
Excellent location, very spacious and clean. The apartment had everything we needed, even a very strong fan to help with the heatwave!
Very noisy at night due to a busy road but that is all.
