    Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Appartement spacieux et bien équipé. Idéale pour une famille ou deux couples d'amis pour découvrir la ville et ses environs. Malgré les points négatifs, je recommande entièrement car vraiment bien placé et très correct dans l'ensemble.

    - On y était pour le weekend et l'appartement se situe juste à côté d'un bar. Donc jusqu'à 23h environ c'est animé, assez bruyant et lumineux car pas de double vitrage ni de rideaux opaques pour bloquer la totalité de la lumière. - Pas de parking attitré, il faut stationner dans la rue et c'est payant. - Quelques autres petits défauts : Ventilation salle de bain poussièreuse, brosse WC cassé, ancienneté des fenêtres, plaque de cuisson fissurée mais fonctionnelle
