Poor value for money and rip off with accidental deposit stay clear

Basic and mainly clean Easy to find. Easy check in

Expensive for quality of accommodation we left property in a cleaner state than what we found it in. We were accused of causing a crack to a drawer in the fridge and had £50 taken from safety deposit which we absolutely did not do and had we caused any damage we would 100% accept responsibility and pay for it. Be cautious Beds not comfy Shower leaks all over floor Very shabby Would not stay here again. Cleaners turned up 20 minutes before we were due to check out and left all their equipment in our way as we were trying to check out. I had to prove the check out time to the cleaners. Also left a charger plug and even though we'd spent nearly a £1000 hiring this property they wanted to charge me £18 to send it to me in post. Totally dissatisfied and would never stay here again nor would the other 9 people and we will be sure to tell our friends family the same too ! Also in the emails regarding the charges I asked repeatedly for their evidence that it was my party that caused the damage regarding the damage. This was never ever sent to me. I was also told that the £250 was on hold when in fact it was taken out of my account so they lied to me. Not happy.

Decent place to stay but be wary of departure charges if no check in pics taken

Easy check in from key safe, spacious and plenty of beds and linen for large group. Nice showers and relatively clean in general

There was no heating when we arrived and house was freezing cold but we dealt with this - connection error to boiler. Some beds/bedding were broken and dirty on arrival, please ensure to take pics or charges occur. Smoke alarms were covered on arrival, I am guessing from previous guests - fire risk
