    A good stay with all that you needed. Location great.

    It was as described it had everything you would need. The location to Skegness town and sea front was excellent.

    Sadly it needed a few cobwebs removing from the ceilings. Both in the main room and the bathroom. Rather large ones. Otherwise I can’t fault the property.

    Won’t stay again

    Very convenient location for watching the National Bowling Finals this week behind the Suncastle in Skegness

    Not clean, had to clean the fridge out. Wallpaper falling off the ceiling. Black mold in the bathroom and smelt damp and musty. Someone put the front door dead latch down so could get into the building one night. Tried umpteen times to ring host no answer, dreadful.

    For us, It was Great.

    We have stayed in this accommodation on several occasions, and will continue to in the future. The owners respond to emails in a timely manner. The location is in a quiet part of Skegness and we have always felt safe and relaxed. As the room has a double bed it would only be suitable for singles or couples. Wi Fi seems tricky at first, but is present and has a good signal. Room was warm and kitted out with everything we needed. What can I say, Love the place.

    Can't give any negatives, some of the other places we have stayed in Skegness would be a different response.

    Would definitely stay again,

    Comfortable, and very clean, central position

    Bathroom toilet seat needs updating …. And Tile grout round washbowl could be whitened…. But maybe I’m just being picky
