  Would definitely stay again and not forget our slippers

  The space is incredible. Enough room for 2 adults and 2 children. The rooftop was a great addition, alongside a washing. Having an upstairs was great, it enabled kids to be upstairs if they wished to hang out on the sofa or on the rooftop which was a very safe area

  As a family who don’t wear footwear indoors, we found going up and down the spiral staircase quite painful as we forgot to pack our slippers. I think the stairs could be covered with rubber or some kind of material to prevent pain in your feet. The downstairs was wooden flooring is a good idea but it was not clean so our socks were constantly dirty and the upstairs was carpeted with some marks which over time will get worse. I think the whole property needs to be wooden flooring and cleaned upon guest arrival There was not a quick cycle on the washing machine, so washing items such as T-Shirts, trousers and socks took over an hour to complete

  Not a good property for a family vacation.

  Location was good

  Property was not as good as it appeared in the pictures. Uncleaned and some of the taps and other things were not in good condition. Overall not happy.

  Amazingly spacious apartment in a superb location with helpful and attentive owners

  The location was super. The DLR station Langford Park was only a 5-7 min walk easy walk away and it was only a few stops to Canary Wharf. We were actually travelling to Hackney each day and so a few stops on the DLR to Stratford where you could then change for the Overground or Underground very easily. It was a lovely spacious apartment and it felt secure. It’s ideally suited for up to four people really but we were comfortable enough as a group of five. Being able to park our car safely for the week and forget about it whilst we used public transport was a real selling point for us. There is a mini market with the basics etc right next door, and a Tesco express just a few minutes easy walk away. The owners were very helpful, responding very quickly to any questions or little issues we had. A great place to stay. Happy staying as a family of adults - I wouldn’t have wanted to when the kids were little due to the metal staircase! But fine for us.

  There are things that don’t work as well as they perhaps once did - the bedroom doors need to be fixed so they close properly - but I’m sure that will be taken care of once this is noted - and the dishwasher is rubbish despite trying all the cycles, but we managed lol. The second bedroom bed isn’t terribly comfortable (but the main bedroom bed is!) and the sofa bed really needs extra padding on the very thin mattress. The problem with the location of the sofa bed is that it faces out onto the deck, large patio doors that have no blinds or windows on them. Being overlooked doesn’t seem to be a problem, but the fire escape is opposite with a bright light in it so even with all the lights in the apartment off, this room is still lit up. We managed but just be aware of it as it’s best served as an extra living space rather than a place to sleep. As I said before, brilliant place for four people, not quite so brilliant for five. Having said all of this, we would definitely consider returning (hoping the doors have been fixed lol).
