    Great location for visiting Southport. Clean inside and great parking available! Would bring people back here again.

    The colour scheme. The size of the bedrooms and landing area. It was in a quiet location. The bathrooms. Places to park.

    The outside area was run down and needed a clean and paint. The settees in the lounge weren’t comfy as not high backed, so hard to relax.

    We would definitely recommend this house to friends and family

    It was big enough to cater for our family,even when some more of our family came back on Saturday night for a few hours,we had dispersed our mothers ashes in the Mersey earlier in the day.

    The only issue we had within the whole house, was the electric kettle in the kitchen,I don’t know if you are aware,the outside of the kettle after boiling,stays unbelievably hot for quite a long time,my son -in-law burnt his inner forearm,when leaning across to pickup the milk,it was only a little burn,nothing major,but you might want to change the kettle, its exterior gets extremely hot.

    Very helpful friendly host. Ideal property four our multi-generational family stay with plenty of bathrooms and a second tv. Short walk to town and beach. Some nice restaurants nearby.
