    Happy short stay in Penzance

    Good location relative to town centre - everything is in walking distance. House was clean, spacious, beds comfy. Owners communicated well too.

    Organised, comfortable, and very neat and clean

    It was extremely clean, and Gary was very organised. He messaged regularly to update us with checking in instructions etc.

    It was up a steep slope so walking to & from the main road could be difficult for some.

    A decent home but could use some much needed maintenance and cleaning.

    The kitchen and living areas were spacious and on its own floor.

    The location was not very good if you didn't have a car (which we didn't) as it was a long way from the town center. There were a lot of cleanliness issues - cobwebs in nearly every corner, the bathroom exhaust fan & the sink in the ensuite bathroom were both plugged and we had to fix, the dryer lint screen & water reservoir were both full, the mirrors and windows were dirty. Also, the home was advertised as 3 bathrooms but in fact there were only 2 1/2, toilet paper was supposed to be supplied as part of the deal but only received 1 roll in each bathroom - there were 6 of us, so having only 2 1/2 bathrooms and a lack of tp was an issue. One of the twin beds was completely worn out and the others were close to it.

    Clean and comfortable. Very good communication with host.Good location if you have a car. Good facilities.

    Very hilly and as we didn't have a car we did struggle at times especially with suitcases. Noisy floorboards.

    Suited us very well bedroom wise. The beds were comfortable. The house was modern and had everything we needed.

    The pillows were flat. The windows needed cleaning. It was further out than we expected and hard to find but Gary helped with finding the property.
