    Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet, sauber und besitzt 2 Badezimmer inkl. WC's.

    Vorsicht: Wenn jemand im Urlaub seine Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, dann ist die Wohnung aufgrund der Lage nicht geeignet. Die umliegenden Bars und Kneipen haben jeden Tag bis tief in die Nacht geöffnet. Weil keine Klimaanlage vorhanden ist und man im Sommer nachts die Fenster öffnen möchte, ist an Schlaf nicht zu denken. Ferner beginnt dann ab 7 Uhr morgens die Straßenreinigung ausgedehnt zu arbeiten. Die Wohnung liegt zwar zentral, aber ist so gesehen überteuert.
