    Very clean and perfect stay

    The owner was very nice and also helpful with everything we needed including helping with luggage, finding the best restaurant and everything we needed to know about the area. The rooms were very comfortable and luxurious. The place was very clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. Thank you for the stay and we will be visiting again.

    Great comfortable stay, would recommend!

    Lovely modern, clean room. The location is great. Lots of nice bakery’s nearby especially the one right beside the property, very reasonably priced! 10 minute walk and you are in the Vatican City. The owner Laura was really nice and helpful for any queries.

    Slight confusion about the entry to the property. I didn’t realise there was another main door before entering a small corridor to the door to the room. So was slightly confused with the codes to enter but my husband seemed to find it easier to understand than myself. Wouldn’t put this as a negative just to highlight.

    Excellent property, within a short walking distance to Vatican City.

    Very modern and very clean. Comfortable and in an excellent location to visit all of Rome. Via the Metro.

    A great stay and awesome location! Great cafe down stairs in the bakery. We loved it! Thanks again, Laura.

    We absolutely loved this property. Laura was the best host and kept in touch with us throughout our stay. We couldn't have asked for anything more. The room was spacious and modern. The bathroom was fantastic and it was so nice that there were extra supplies like shower caps, tooth brushes etc. Each day our room was refreshed and every second our towels etc. our fridge was topped up with fresh water each day. Even down to a personalised gift. Thank you Laura for a wonderful stay.

    The only thing we would suggest would be to add bowls to the kitchen utensils, it would be great for cereal and yoghurt in the morning. And also a topper pad on the mattress, for us it was really hard.
