To confirm a reservation for a group of more than 4 rooms, we request a prepayment of 20% of the total amount of the reservation. This amount is nonrefundable and we will accept changes in the dates (subject to availability, with a supplement in case the rates for the new dates are higher) up to 15 days prior to arrival. 15 days before arrival, the prepayment of the remaining 80% of the booking will be requested.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.
