Bright warm house to comfortably accomodate 9 people.
The house was bright and warm.
We would have liked to use the wood heater, but we understand why the host would prefer we didn’t.

Great stay in Ballarat
The location is fantastic! It’s close to Ballarat Central.
Upstairs can get very cold at night and in the morning.. the heater isn’t helping much.

The house was great value and they was plenty of room. The host were great at communicating.
The driveway was steep, but manageable.

Perfectly setup for groups. We liked the lounge, kitchen, bedrooms & bathrooms. Good location for a family wedding.
There are internal steps without hand rails that were a problem for unsteady older people.
