    El piso estaba bien situado y bien equipado

    En el anuncio se dice que tiene aire acondicionado, pero cuando llegamos al apartamento el aire acondicionado solo estaba en una de las habitaciones individuales, por lo que en el resto de habitaciones hacía un calor impresionante. Además, las paredes de una de las habitaciones de matrimonio estaba llena de humedades, lo cual es insalubre. Intentamos llamar en varias ocasiones para avisar de lo ocurrido al alojamiento sin respuesta. Hoy al check out lo mismo y de nuevo sin respuesta

    Schimmel en slechte klantenservice booking.com

    Ok appartement

    Een van de muren in de slaapkamers was zo heftig beschimmeld dat je er niet met goed fatsoen in kon slapen, zie foto. Verhuurder was niet bereid om daar iets mee te doen en/of een kamer refund te geven.. Booking.com verwijst naar verhuurder en wil ook niets doen. Zeer teleurstellend. Sleutel was ook niet aanwezig bij aankomst, het sleutelkastje was gestolen maar goed daar kan verhuurder ook niet veel aan doen.
