    Great flat in excellent location with many positives and would score even higher if some basic maintenance issues are re

    Great location, modern decor, brilliant outside space. Good communication with agent

    Would benefit from some better maintenance. Eg, no hot water and plug didn’t work in bathroom sink, toilet seat/lid didn’t stay up by itself and no batteries in tv remote control

    Perfecta estancia en cotillo

    El alojamiento es perfecto, la ubicación, las camas cómodas, el baño grande y otro en la terraza que está genial y de donde se ven unas puestas de sol impresionantes. Sin duda volveremos!!

    Apartment was generally clean. Nice design and storage.. walking distance to beaches, cafes and shops.

    Outdoor area is not suitable for use. Space for one person and shared with mop bucket, washing machine an clothes line. Had expected access to roof terrace as photos are included with ground floor apartments photos. Left us unable to relax in the apartment and having to spend our time outside of the apartment.
