    Bra läge för att lätt kunna gå ut med hunden. Ett plus för hiss.

    Den stora terrassen som lägenheten heter går inte att använda vintertid då den ligger i skugga hela dagen. Deposition som skulle lämnas kontant utan kvitto vid första dagen blev ej återbetald pga en rad av påhittade anledningar. Dels betala för hundar som enligt kontraktet ingick i hyran och att handdukar måste köpas nya enligt hyresvärd då dom inte gick att tvätta. Det var gamla blå och slitna handdukar som genomgått ett antal tvättar. Två handtag som var lösa och ramlade av stup i ett. Elektriciteten höll inte då man körde spiis och värme samtidigt. Kändes som att deposition skulle gå till att reparera en del av tidigare slitna saker. Varning för att lämna deposition och gå igenom lägenheten ordentligt innan inflyttning.Kontrollera också om slutstädning ingår eller inte.
