I really loved the location of the accommodation and the overall feel of the villa. The views of the city at night and the sunsets were absolutely incredible. Overall, I am satisfied despite the few negatives mentioned below.
The mattress in my bedroom was extremely soft, which wasn't very comfortable for me. The shower water was a bit too cold, and the heating was turned off. Since it was January, it was quite noticeable. To be fair, I didn't ask the host to turn it on (maybe they would have), but I expected it to be running automatically. The walls and doors are quite thin, so you can hear every step and conversation throughout the villa.

La posizione, l'ampiezza degli ambienti, il caminetto, lo stile della casa, la vista e il giardino
Utensili e attrezzature rovinate, vecchie, poco pratiche, servizi come riscaldamento (soprattutto a quell altitudine) e la piscina a pagamento e non specificato, la mancanza di coperte e pochi asciugamani, problemi all'arrivo con il cancello automatico e connessione internet. Risposta alle nostre necessità lenta e svogliata (non siamo riusciti nemmeno a parlarci al telefono)

Bien, aceptable
El alojamiento se encuentra en buen estado pero la limpieza está un poco descuidada.
La casa está ubicada en la montaña, hace frío y la calefacción no está incluida en el precio (ya de por si bastante elevado), si al menos estuviese incluida, no resultaría tan caro.
