    Emplacement idéal mais pas en plein centre non plus. Playa mamitas au bout de la rue! Très grand appartement, bien équipé et confortable .

    Excellent séjour mais quelques équipements un peu vieillissants: ampoules grillées, store réparé avec un fil de fer, cadre tombé ou tenant à peine.

    Condominio perfectamente familiar

    La ubicación es buenísima lleno de restaurantes, supermercados, vida nocturna pero sobre todo un espacio cómodo y familiar para hacer un asado cuentan con asador.

    Creo que todo estuvo bien. Tal vez le hace falta un poco más de iluminación en ciertas áreas pero todo bien.

    We loved the location on the second floor, we sat on the balcony and people watched for hours. Came with an Briquet BBq which was really nice. Place was super clean and have a real Spanish feel to it. The kitchen was overstocked with the things you need to stay comfortably. Beach chairs and umbrella were like new. Nice big fridge and a 6 burner gas stove just everything exceeded our expectations. 5 to 10 minute walk to the beach and up to 5th avenue and 10min to the grocery store so was perfect. Will definitely be returning.

    You cannot beat the location which is 1 block away from Mamita's beach and 1 block away from 5th Avenue. The hosts were excellent and provided great information. The condo was clean and neat
