I loved everything. The staff were excellent. The rooms were great but some of them didn't have a TV. But who cares we barely were in the room. The breakfast, lunch and dinner were delicious. Great place for divers.

Un véritable enfer
L’emplacement et la qualité des plats servis au dîner.
Les logements sont très anciens et extrêmement bruyants (absolument AUCUNE insonorisation avec le 1er étage et l’extérieur). J’étais logée au rez-de-chaussée et il m’était impossible de dormir. Dès que le voisin du dessus faisait un pas, tout le plafond et les murs tremblaient, le parquet craquait. J’ai vécu un véritable enfer. La journée, des travaux dans les bungalow à côté (marteau, disqueuse, perceuse) empêchaient également de se reposer. J’ai dû quitter mon logement avant la date de fin malgré le paiement intégral pour pouvoir aller dormir dans un logement décent. Et ce, sans compter le cafard mort retrouvé dans la douche qui ne bénéficiait d’ailleurs pas de lumière. Les photos de l’annonce ne sont PAS DU TOUT représentatives de la réalité de l’ensemble des bungalow sombres et en vis-à-vis. Il était précisé « emplacement calme », C’EST FAUX. Le personnel quant à lui, était en grande partie désagréable. Le patron menaçant et irrespectueux au possible. Sincèrement: FUYEZ !

Ubicación excelente pero sobria
La Ubicación y la "informalidad" que se espera en un hotel para buceadores. Es ideal si quieres escapar de la turistificación de Playa Esmeralda en West Bay
El desayuno, muy escaso y la sobriedad de las habitaciones/bungalow. De hecho como la mitad ni siquiera tienen la vista al mar que se espera y eso es lo que justifica su ubicación y elección. Además en mi caso estaban haciendo obras, lo que rompía cualquier armonía durante el día. También es mala suerte!

Although they’re in a beautiful location their unprofessional staff devalues the resort.

The restaurant staff were extremely rude. They need a lot of training in customer service. They made the entire stay a miserable one.
