Achtung Mehrkosten!
Die Zimmer sind sauber und geräumig.
Das Hotel hätte eine bessere Bewertung erhalten, wenn nicht dieser eine Vorfall gewesen wäre: Wir haben über Booking.com das Zimmer gebucht, dabei fielen die Kosten auf ca. 170.- pro Übernachtung an. Es wird klar ausgewiesen, dass Internet inklusive ist. Leider wurde uns nach dem Check-out pro Tag 15.- berechnet also insgesamt 60.- mehr, ebenfalls kamen noch weiter Steuern und Parkingkosten hinzu (diese waren jedoch ausgewiesen). Schlussendlich haben wir aber rund 40% mehr bezahlt als der effektive Nettopreis des Zimmers auf Booking.com. Auf unsere Rückfrage, weshalb wir hier mehr bezahlen müssen, kam die Rückmeldung; dass dies ein Fehler von Booking.com sei. Come on! Das kann doch sicher das Management ändern und auf booking.com transparent die Kosten kommunizieren. Und wenn schon, ich reise sehr oft und es ist das erste mal, dass ich für Intenet zusätzlich bezahlen muss.

The hotel doesn't have a casino, which is a big plus. It's quiet, smoky, and doesn't have that nightclub atmosphere—perfect for a family passing through Las Vegas. The rooms are new and very clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. Parking is easy. Special thanks for the restaurant, which is open all day without a lunch break! Delicious, varied cuisine, healthy food, and friendly waiters.

The recent remodel was exceptionally tasteful, and the beds were very comfortable. Removing the glass doors has enhanced the sense of space, making the rooms feel even more spacious and inviting. Although I had discontinued my stays at this hotel prior to the renovations due to concerns about room conditions, I was thoroughly impressed by the significant improvements upon my return. The front desk staff were notably accommodating and friendly, providing a refreshingly professional and welcoming experience that truly stood out in today’s service landscape.
