The hotel service and comfort live up to the Last Word portfolio.

    Breakfast was excellent.

Given that the hotel is in an extremely scenic location, the sandblasted windows afforded no outside view from the room. We would request a different room with a view next time.

Amazing location and cosy atmosphere, just a little overpriced for South Africans

Very cosy and homely. Service was really good and breakfast was amazing!

It felt a bit outdated. It looks very fancy but there are some cracks here and there and place needs some work. Especially bathroom and some of the walls. The bed was so not really luxurious as one would expect for that price. it should look and immaculate all over.
