Wouldn’t stay here again cold water and on and off electricity
10 minute walk from the colosseum even though it took a while to find the apartment as the taxi driver dropped us off on the other side so make sure u ask to get dropped off right outside
The property is on first floor so you have to go up 4 flights of stairs. The door is a nightmare to unlock when you just want to get in after a long day spending 5 minutes to unlock the door is a nightmare. We only had hot water in the first day the other 2 days water was cold. Also the electricity was on and off all throughout our stay. The worst thing was the bathroom bin had not been emptied so there was used sanitary pads everywhere 🤮

Buena ubicación y personal atento
Ubicación excelente. Todos los servicios cerca, bus, metro, restaurantes, supermercados y aún así es bastante silencioso y tranquilo. El apartamento tiene un tamaño y distribución bastante buenos. Fuimos 3 personas y estuvimos cómodas en ese aspecto La persona que nos recibió fue muy amable y estuvo muy dispuesta durante toda la estancia, contestando nuestras preguntas y atendiéndonos correctamente.
El sofá cama es incómodo, se notan todos los muelles. La limpieza bastante mejorable, debajo del sofá había suciedad, incluso objetos de inquilinos anteriores. El baño tenía malos olores y el WC está para sustituirlo. El patio es muy bonito pero estaba sucio y con mucho ruido porque los aires acondicionados del bloque están todos encima.
