    We had a wonderful time at this apartment although there were something could be better.

    Good location, convenient

    A bit smelly from the painting when we opened the door first time. The duvet is too heavy for me, although it is for cold winter, maybe 2 lighter cozy duvet is better than a heavy one? As the bedroom s are not cold even we didn’t turn on the heating. The car parking is a big challenge of driving skill, especially for big cars.

    We had an awesome stay at Latimer Central. It was warm, comfortable and in a great location. Highly recommended.

    Exactly as good as is advertised!!!

    Fantastic location to the city of Christchurch, and a big beautiful space to chill out in after some fun activities on our holiday. Can’t be beat on the value!
