    pretty much all of it was great. some great cafes round the corner.would book again.

    Only one minor issue the shower floor looked like it had sunk by 1 to 2 cm in one corner which may cause damage to house.

    Lovely stay for a family or group

    The whole house was wonderful. Well appointed, very comfortable beds, clean. Great position with a nice view over Launceston, close to lots of places. Communication from hosts was excellent. Would stay again.

    The only downside was no lockup car accommodation. We parked in the driveway which was ok but not terribly secure.

    The house was comfortable and clean, the view was great

    No breakfast provided. The location was good

    A dirty bbq. The kitchen bench and cupboards needed replacing. The decor was bland. We expected it to be in character with the age of the house. We didn’t expect to be asked to put the rubbish bins out for collection and then to bring them in.
