היה מושלם . המיקום ממש במרכז . הדירה גדולה ומפוארת . מצויידת בכל מה שדרוש לשהיה ארוכה . מאד נקיה ומעוצבת באלגנטיות . הרבה ארונות לאיחסון . התגובה לכל שאלה או בקשה- מיידית. נהננו מאד -חבל שהיה רק ל 2 לילות. מומלץ ביותר

STAY AWAY — Broken A/C, Sewage Odors, Elevator Problems & Poor Management

• SEWAGE ODOR THROUGHOUT THE BUILDING: From the moment I entered the building, there was a strong sewage odor coming from the area around the sewer/manhole near the entrance. The smell was present daily, filled the hallway, and could be smelled on the upper floors. This was an ongoing problem throughout my stay. • MALFUNCTIONING ELEVATOR: The elevator worked normally for approximately the first two weeks of my stay. Near the end of my stay, it malfunctioned while I was inside, and I was briefly trapped before I was able to get out. Afterward, the elevator continued moving between floors but would not reliably allow passengers to use it. This was extremely concerning and felt unsafe. • AIR CONDITIONING DID NOT WORK PROPERLY: The apartment was advertised with air conditioning, but the bedrooms were unbearably hot. The bedroom A/C never properly cooled the room despite being set to 20°C (68°F). Because the bedroom remained so hot, I spent much of my stay sleeping on the living-room sofa instead of using the bedroom I paid for. • SERIOUS PROBLEM DURING THE HEATWAVE: I stayed during a major summer heatwave, making the A/C problem even worse. I have asthma, and the excessive heat and poor indoor conditions were especially difficult for me. I eventually had to purchase a fan with my own money just to make the apartment tolerable. • REPAIRS WERE SLOW AND NEVER RESOLVED THE PROBLEM: I reported the A/C issue, but it took approximately a week before technicians came to the apartment. The problem was not fixed. Later, I was told another technician needed to come, requiring me to remain at the apartment and wait instead of enjoying my vacation. Despite the inconvenience and multiple attempts, the bedroom A/C was never repaired during my stay. • DUSTY AND POORLY CLEANED: The apartment was extremely dusty and did not appear to have been properly vacuumed.
