    location ok but dated

    Location was nice and the owner message back straight away

    It is very dated, wasn't very clean on arrival. Bathroom was old and had mould on the bath panel, cobwebs in every room., broken kitchen units. House had an un easy feeling about it, a few strange things happened.

    Spacious, perfectly positioned holiday home with parking.

    Beautiful house, very spacious, clean and functional in great location. Garden is pretty with nice garden furniture to enjoy. Short cut to beach and parking spaces through the back gate a bonus. Loved the reading room which led directly onto the patio. Very nice.

    Bath panel needs replacing and inside shelving in both wardrobes need fresh liners. I would suggest the addition of an airfryer may be handy. Apart from that, perfect home from home.

    lovely cottage

    cottage was very well equipped. lovely decor throughout. nice garden and garden room to sit and have morning coffee. very handy location for Babbacombe Theatre and Babbacombe Cliff Railway and Babbacombe Miniature Village. Nice touch that the owner left us a pint of milk, biscuits and small amount of tea and coffee

    the steep steps down to back door. bedroom was very hot, especially with thick duvet luckily we had thought to bring electric fans with us.
