  Buchungswarnung: Wegen Doppelbuchung des Anbieters für die erste Nacht storniert. Keine Erstattung.

  Wir haben mit dieser Unterkunft sehr schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht. Die Wohnung selbst ist ok. Aber, leider können nichts anders sagen, als dass wir hier betrogen wurden.

  Wir haben die Unterkunft für drei Tage gebucht. Am Anreisetag wurde uns per Massenger mitgeteilt, dass man die Wohnung doppelt gebucht habe und wir erst einen Tag später einziehen können. Wir haben uns selbst kurzfristig eine alternative Unterkunft suchen müssen. Die nicht genutzte Nacht wurde bis heute nicht erstattet. Alle Versuche der Kontaktaufnahme blieben unbeantwortet. Wir können nur dringend davon abraten hier zu buchen.

  It’s a scam—be careful with these people. Also, it’s not in the city center; it’s on the other side of town in a rough, dangerous area where you could easily get robbed. The website says they require a damage deposit, but instead, they charged £200 to my account. I only received the access codes after they had already taken the money. When I arrived, the apartment was a disaster: trash everywhere, unmade beds, stained furniture, a broken table... a total mess. There was no toilet paper, no shampoo—absolutely nothing. I called the host; he apologized and sent over some sheets, but the place was still a disaster. They even tried to withdraw money three more times, but couldn't because I didn't have sufficient funds in the account. When I complained, he blamed the system and asked me to resolve it privately so I wouldn't contact Booking. I was naive enough to think they were honest, but they are thieves and scammers. They never returned the deposit; three weeks went by with nothing but excuses—"it'll arrive in five days"—but it never did. When I realized it was a scam—after seeing photos linked to the phone number—I called Booking. They tried to help, despite the time that had passed, but couldn't do anything. Even though I provided proof, the hosts claimed I had trashed the apartment and smoked inside, even though we don't smoke. They are scammers who say that just to avoid refunding the money.
