Good
Comfortable bed mattress. Quiet at night (except when loud neighbours sleep very late). African receptionists are very friendly.
Upon entry floors and kitchen area were clean but not all tables, desk surfaces. The rain shower 🚿looks great on photos but it developed mould (green algae bacteria is apparent so I advise never to use it. Only use the hand held shower). Bed sheets are 100% cotton but the duvet was not so clean. I asked the friendly.receptionists to replace it. They gave me another duvet in a plastic packet. Alas the duvet was musty hence not usable. Thankfully I had an electric heater I purchased so I slept OK with thin bedsheets and thermal pants. In the building reside professionals (i.e bank employees and European high school teachers) but also locals in their 20's and 30's who do short term rentals and can be loud. Not the fault of the owner but the apartment directly above was some nights noisy until 01:00 am. One night they partied until 02:30 am. I would normally go upstairs and ask to lower the music but I chose not to because neighbours on the same floor had a fight that was extremely loud and dramatic and involved tossing a mobile on the floor (surely it broke) so I preferred to communicate as little as possible. There is construction very near the building so those who remain indoors should postpone their visit until 2025.
