    rozczarowanie

    czysty pokój, przygotowany ręcznik, szlafrok i kapcie do SPA i dobre śniadanie w formie bufetu

    brak możliwości skorzystania z masażu bez wcześniejszej rezerwacji, wyłączenie większości dysz w jacuzzi (działały tylko 4 na 10 lub więcej istniejących) w centrum SPA od godzin popołudniowych nikt nie pracował, nie widziałam nikogo z obsługi, ani jednej osoby, pusta recepcja zaniedbane otoczenie hotelu
