    the host is not welcoming or offering any kind of help.

    the host had a fight with someone downstairs and her wordings to him was extremely awful to hear. space is extremely tight. she entered my room while i am in the shower and didn't bother to hear the shower running and just said i am checking if you need anything. there is nothing she offered to be asked for her help. i will never go back again. refused to warm my coffee in microwave which is a simple gesture of welcome after driving for 7 hours to reach there. she shut her door at 7 pm and when i told her that i will arrive about 10 pm, she asked me to hurry on the motor way as she wants to sleep. not helpful at all.
