    We liked the new carpet. The size of the living area. Having a washing machine and clothes horse. Having a few basic items such as salt, pepper, oil, cling wrap, foil and clothes washing liquid. The pod coffee machine.

    A trail of ants in the kitchen. An extremely uncomfortable, old, hard mattress with a mattress topper on it in the main bedroom. The mattreses in the 2nd bedroom looked similar. The TV remote was very temperamental when attempting to switch the TV on.

    Ordinary small house with adequate presentation.

    Great to have a washing machine to do the laundry. The house is a small pleasant house with all the facilities you need. It is located near the cheese company and the oyster place so convenient to those.

    The house smelt on entering, when I opened the front and back doors to air the place I realised the smell was from the fire pit at the back, had they been burning off rubbish? There were a number of flies in the house, no screen door at the back and no fly spray. The batteries in the TV remote needed changing as did the light globe above the couch.

    Great location close to the getshucked oysters and cheese and beer factory. Beautiful and well maintained lovely home. V

    The property was very cozy and well maintained.

    It was a very comfortable stay with children. It felt like a holiday cozy house.
