  Wonderful and would like to come back again.

  The location is perfect. The room was well-equipped and very comfortable. (especially the mattress) The host was amazing and responded promptly.

  The only minor downside is that, since it’s located in the city center, it can get a bit noisy at night and early in the morning. (But okay for me)

  Overpriced for a very poorly maintained property

  Location

  I I had read the other reviews before booking, so I expected the apartment to be noisy. What I did not expect was the extremely poor condition it was in. The pillowcases were old, with one even having a hole, and the pillows beneath were in an unacceptable state. The sofa was heavily stained, and overall the maintenance of the property was very poor. There was also an infestation of bugs on the bathroom and sitting room ceilings, along with unpleasant smells in several rooms. For the price being charged, it’s shocking that none of the income has been reinvested into proper upkeep or updating the amenities. Frankly, I would be embarrassed to host guests with furnishings and furniture in such a condition. On top of that, the listing stated that parking was available, but in reality, there was none close by. I raised this with the host when I arrived, and she immediately offered me a full refund. However, I’m not sure what she expected me to do — try to find and rebook another place on a Friday night at short notice? This was both impractical and extremely disappointing. Communication was also very poor. The fact that they couldn’t even be bothered to laminate simple notices in the house or provide clear information about the check-in and checkout process just showed a complete lack of care. It felt as though they were only interested in taking our money and running.

  La Meravigliosa Lubiana.

  Normalmente non scrivo recensioni proprio perché mi occupo di turismo, ma adesso io devo farlo. Tanto per cominciare la disponibilità estrema e la super gentilezza della proprietaria. Cose rare oggi. L'appartamento è magnifico, soprattutto per chi ama l'arte , perché è situato in un palazzo storico con un misto di arte inizio 1900 e jugoslava. Dentro è grande , spazioso e pulitissimo , e soprattutto panoramico in una delle strade commerciali più importanti di Lubiana e a forse neanche dieci minuti dal centro storico. Volevo fare una domanda chi ha scritto del rumore del bar sottostante: avete mai viaggiato? Se non sapete cosa siano i servizi e convivialità, state a casa . Oppure preferite una città morta ? Lubiana è una città Viva . Se volete l'hotel tranquillo, mettete mano al portafoglio e sborsate cifre per hotel a 5stelle. Ma i 5 stelle , sono nel centro del cuore pulsante di Lubiana. Quindi ancora una volta per voi , cattiva notizia🤷🏻. Se non avete nulla da dire , non fatelo. Fate solo brutte figure. E se non sapete viaggiare, state a casa . Nell'est si vive soprattutto di notte, cosa che molti turisti occidentali , non riescono a capire . Posso dire solo una cosa : 🇸🇮Hvala🤗
