  Great location but be wary!

  Location was the best. Very close to HOHO which we use all the time on trips. Also 10 to 20 minute walk to most of the locations in the northern part of the old city. Also, living areas very spacious. Not bath or kitchen, those were awful. Owner allowed us alate check out which was nice.

  We are frequent booking.com renters, having used apartment rental apps at least 25 times internationally so we know what to look for, etc. The place was the second of the worst ee have ever used. Location is only good thing it had going. 1-Bathroom and kitchen were awful...too small with doors blocking access. Also no supplies or toiletries. 2-place was dirty/scuzzy. They charged 170eur cleaning fee but the place was absolutely scuzzy in every corner and every ledge. Only surface cleaned. The shower pad towel was so filthy after first use, we were afraid to walk in the apartment without shoes. When sit on toilet, look at cabinet with all the dirt dropping down and around edge on floor..gross. 3-The key situation is awful. After a long trip flying 18 hours, had to wait to be buzzed in because whoever did that was confused about gate versus door. Then, after the first day we were not able to get into the apartment without messing around with the keypad for at least 10 minutes each time we're trying to get into the apartment. At the end, we were afraid to actually lock the door when we left. And the owner had the nerve to tell us that none of her other guests had problems. No one once came over to check on anything. 4-supplies were awful. Needed to ask for kitchen towels, for dish soap, for napkins or paper towels, for hot pads to use the oven. They finally came on our third day out of our five days there. 5-they have an ant problem in kitchen. Anytime we left anything out, we woke up to ants. We asked for some bug spray but they told us to use a degreaser. 6-contrary to what was in booking.com ad, there is no operating safe deposit box nor a drying rack that works. So we were unable to lock our jewelry cash and passports like we usually do when we travel. Unable to do laundry because we had no way to dry it. Also tv in bedroom does not work. Said they were going to send somebody but that never happened. 7-there was nothing from owner or manager.

  This place has an elevator!

  Great location, walkable to the Vatican and the rest of Rome. We loved the place had 2 a/c's and a portable fan as we needed them in August. The washing machine was amazing and happy to have a private kitchen.

  Dish towel for the kitchen would have been nice.

  En dårlig opplevelse!

  Vi kom til overnattingsstedet rundt kl. 21.00. Da vi kom inn i leiligheten, oppdaget vi at den var så skitten og rotete at den var helt uegnet til å bo i. Vi kontaktet verten, som beklaget og forklarte at vaskefirmaet hadde glemt å vaske og rydde etter de forrige gjestene. Kort tid etter kansellerte Booking.com oppholdet, og vi ble nødt til å finne et nytt sted å bo. Dette skjedde sent på kvelden, midt i høysesongen i Roma, og vi reiste med to barn. Situasjonen ble derfor svært stressende for hele familien. Booking.com refunderte det vi hadde betalt, men tilbød først kun 60 euro til ny overnatting. Dette var helt urealistisk med tanke på prisnivået i Roma på dette tidspunktet. Etter at vi kontaktet Booking.com på telefon, ble vi enige om at de skulle dekke et høyere beløp. Etter mye leting fant vi et hotell i nærheten, som var betydelig dyrere, men vi fikk bekreftet at merkostnaden skulle dekkes. Verten tilbød oss å returnere til leiligheten dagen etter, etter at den var rengjort, men etter den dårlige opplevelsen valgte vi å ikke gjøre dette. Da vi kom hjem fra ferien, mottok vi imidlertid en ny e-post fra Booking.com hvor de igjen opplyste at de kun ville dekke 60 euro. Dette er i strid med det vi fikk bekreftet av Booking.com på telefon. Vi er derfor nå i kontakt med Booking.com for å få avklart saken og få dekket kostnaden slik det ble avtalt.

  Volvería porque la ubicación es muy conveniente.

  La ubicación es excelente. Queda cerca del Vaticano y de las principales atracciones.
