    Tolle Lodge mitten im Grünen – perfekter Zwischenstopp

    Die Last Dollar Range Lodge ist ein wirklich toller Ort zum Abschalten und Erholen. Sie liegt wunderschön mitten im Grünen und ist ein super Zwischenstopp auf dem Weg von Prince Rupert nach Jasper. Der Weg zur Lodge ist zwar nicht asphaltiert, aber die Anfahrt lohnt sich auf jeden Fall. Die Lodge bzw. die Cabin ist sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht. Die Eigentümer sind außerdem ausgesprochen freundlich, hilfsbereit und herzlich, man fühlt sich direkt willkommen. Insgesamt ein wirklich schöner, ruhiger und besonderer Ort. Wer einen tollen Platz mitten in der Natur sucht und einfach mal abschalten möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Klare Empfehlung.

    Wir waren in Cabin 1. Diese hat ein separates kleines Klohäuschen mit einem Plumpsklo ohne Wasserspülung. Das ist zunächst etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Ansonsten gibt es aber ganz normale Wasseranschlüsse, unter anderem in der Küche und für die Dusche, sodass man auf den gewohnten Komfort nicht verzichten muss.

    Geweldig verblijf gehad! We kregen onverwacht een upgrade naar een groter huis: The Dutch Treat. Heel groot huisje met alles wat je nodig hebt erin. Leuk aangekleed. Aardig personeel. Mooie omgeving. Koeien lopen los over de ranch. Net buiten de ranch veel kans op dieren, zo zagen wij een zwarte beer, stekelvarken en een donkere vos.
