    A wonderful place to stay.

    Valentina was very approachable, helpful and met us at the station. The balcony including an awning and with a wonderful view was much appreciated. Well equipped and comfortable. Perugia is a really interesting city but be aware it is very hilly. The appartment is well situated for exploring and the mini metro is about a 10 minute walk away and that will take you to the station should you wish to visit other towns.

    You have to be careful on the marble steps between rooms.

    Stay here if you can

    Excellent location. Valentina is a very responsive and helpful host. Private terrace and view.

    Despite radiators in all rooms, Italian government regulations to conserve heat meant temperature was not what we were used to, a matter of personal preference. Valentina was helpful in this regard.
