Good location, spacious apartment but minimum guest focus from the owner
The apartment is spacious and the location is really good; it is a quiet neighbourhood, parking was relatively easy (paid parking on the street).
The main two downsides was the cleanliness (windows haven't been cleaned in months, the bedsheets were not really clean) and the owner. They do not inform that they would like to get paid for towels (8 EUR per towel); they wrote to us a few hours prior to arrival. When it turned out that you can't hang the laundry - the dryer is missing - they had absolutely no solution or willingness to help. In this heat it would also be nice to have some sort of a fan available but at this point it is clear that they do not go any "extra miles". The bed comfort was low - very soft mattress, flat pillows. We do not recommend.

L’emplacement facile d’accès pour la gare, l’environnement calme permet de se reposer et l’équipement dans l’appartement
Nous sommes arrivés en période de canicule et pas de climatisation à mettre dans le logement même en réglant la consigne de température c’était vraiment très désagréable. Le logement paraissait proposé mais ce n’était pas totalement le cas les bouches d’évacuation très sales , 2 petits cafards , toiles d’araignées et des traces sales sur les vitres hautes …

Mala experiencia.
Buena ubicación y las instalaciones excelentes, lindo jardín para compartir con familia y amigos, mejorar un poco la atención a los visitantes y ser más claros con las informaciones, como es posible este apartamento no tener su respectivo lugar para sacar la basura y la solución que da este señor es INCOHERENTE y aparte es grosero, queriendo acusar siempre con la policía, no volvería ahí jamas, dañan la imagen del buen establecimiento.
La mala experiencia con el anfitrión, no es para nada claro en las informaciones que da. PÉSIMO SERVICIO!
