    Absolutely wonderful stay! The location is unbeatable—just a 5-minute walk from the train station, and all the main attractions are within easy walking distance along a very convenient route. Check-in was a breeze with super clear instructions. The host was incredibly welcoming, provided us with plenty of great sightseeing recommendations, and was remarkably responsive. When we mentioned in the middle of the night that we weren't used to the thin summer blanket, they proactively swapped it for a thick winter duvet the very next day. Such a thoughtful and considerate touch! Even though it’s a B&B, you get hotel-level service here, including daily housekeeping and fresh towels. Also, note that the room is on the first floor (up a flight of stairs with those classic, extra-high Florentine ceilings!), but if you arrive or leave in the morning, the host is more than happy to help carry your luggage. Highly recommend!
