    Clean property in good location.

Very clean. Good location. Good communication from host.

It would be useful to have bedside table and lamp in second bedroom.

Great location and views, shame about the service.

1.Location, proximity to train station. 2. Apartment was large, bright and airy. 3. Great views of surrounding mountains from all rooms including bathroom. Partial lake view from living room. 4. Ease of check-in/out process.

Host did not initially respond to our request for heating and clothes drying rack. The Lecco temperature ranged between low to mid-teens when we were there so, the apartment was cold during evenings and nights. It was only on the third day of our stay that the host responded and that was only after we gave a reminder that the items we requested were advertised as facilities available in the apartment and that, if we did not get a response we have no option but to contact booking.com. The host then explained that Italian law prohibited boilers in centrally heated buildings to be turned on before 20-Oct but, did not provide a portable heating option as we requested. We were provided with a clothes drying rack only after convincing the host that one did not exist in the apartment as insisted. All the mattresses were uncomfortable and did not give a good nights rest.
