Tutto, il servizio, la casa, la posizione in base alle mie esigenze, la consiglierei sicuramente

Mancanza del wifi ma era scritto nella descrizione che non c'era e risposte più celeri da parte della direzione

It's got the potential to be better. Lacking information. Did respond when I contacted each time.

    It was warm and comfortable.

It wasn't very welcoming. Had to phone for key as they forgot to leave it in box. Sparsely equipped no kettle or ability to make coffee until we messaged. No info on how and where to use public transport and it was over 2 miles from nearest metro.

    Poor

    The staff was kind.

There was no air conditioning, which the add said there would be. The staff offered to bring one, but we were on vacation and hard to meet them. The bed and pillows were so hard and old. It was two small mattresses pushed together. Both terrible and both different levels of hardness with springs poking through. There were cob webs everywhere. The couch is so dirty. It was a terrible experience unfortunately. If we could've found another place, we would've, but it was F1 weekend.
